If there is a problem with an order you place with a Marketplace Retailers, please follow these steps:
Contact the Marketplace Retailers directly to resolve the problem. Halalmeatprime.com Customer Service cannot track orders or process cancellations, returns or replacements for items that were purchased from a Marketplace Retailers and these items cannot be returned via Halalmeatprime sites
Halalmeatprime Marketplace Retailers orders will stay for 24 hours from ‘Ready for Pickup’ status. If the customer is not able to pickup within that time, order will be canceled automatically. In such cases, if a payment is made, 50% of that payment will be returned to the customer. However, Marketplace Retailers are encouraged to contact the customer before 24 hours time has expired.
